What do I get with (package name)?

Bronze package - The Bronze package only contains the static XHTML & CSS files of the template. It does not contain the original PNG source file(s), meaning you cannot edit/change graphics or their colours. However, background/foreground colours can be modified in the CSS. There is also no contact form script included so the contact form will not send anything to anywhere.

Silver package - The Silver package includes everything you get with the Bronze package (static XHTML & CSS files) and a functional PHP contact form. This means that once you have followed the readme.txt instructions, the templates' contact form will send to an address you specify. This package does not include the original PNG source file(s).

Gold package - The Gold package contains static XHTML & CSS files of the template, a functional PHP contact form and the original PNG source file(s). By purchasing the PNG source file(s) you are able to customise the look and feel of the template using Fireworks to make it unique. This package is by far the best value for money and is highly recommended by One Dollar Templates. Design agencies can charge $500 or more for the source files alone!

How do I pay for templates?

Once you have added your desired template(s) to your cart, simply click the view cart link in your user navigation at the top of the page and then click checkout to proceed with your purchase.

We accept most major credit cards and use PayPal's secure payment system for transactions. It is easy to set up an account with them if you haven't one already.

How do I edit my PNG source file(s)? What software do I use?

In order to edit the layered version of your PNG source file(s) you will need to use Fireworks. 

We have had requests to support PSD format and may do so in the future but do not plan to provide this format in the short term.

I've purchased a template but it is not appearing in my 'my templates' list. What do I do?

If you purchased the template more than 48 hours ago, it will no longer appear in your download list. If it has been less than 48 hours, please contact us with your username and the name of the template purchased and we will resolve this as soon as possible.

Why are my purchased templates only available to download for 48 hours?

One Dollar Templates make purchased templates available in your account for 48 hours so that you can download them to your home and/or work computer. We feel that 48 hours is more than enough time for you to do this.
